Do I need a credit card to order from Fashion Artiste?


If you don’t have a credit card or would prefer not to place your order through the secure online payment gateway, we offer a few alternatives. You can pay by PayPal, Bank Deposit, Cheque, by email or by phone order. Please note, orders will not be dispatched until your Cheque or Bank Deposit has been received. You will be asked for your choice of payment at checkout and will be given instructions on how to proceed with your payment.



Can I place an order by phone?


We prefer that you place your order through our on-line store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you. If you do prefer to place your order by phone, please call our customer service department on +64 3 9327 2339




How safe are my credit card details?


The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our website such as your credit card details, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When credit card details are collected, we simply pass on the order to be processed as required with the bank. We never permanently store complete Credit Card numbers. How do I know if an item will fit me?


Please refer to our Sizing Chart for details on fit. All labels vary slightly in size, so please choose carefully. Fashion Artiste will endeavor to provide as much information at a product detail level regarding sizing, so that you can feel confident about your purchase. If you do have any questions regarding sizing that are not already answered, please give our Customer Service Department a call on +61 3 9327 2339. We do offer a full refund policy if you do end up with the wrong size. Please see Returns & Exchanges for more detail on our Returns & Exchanges policy.



Can you gift wrap my order?


Fashion Artiste offers a gift-wrapping service for those times that you want your order to look especially gorgeous - even when it’s for yourself! For an extra $5.00, we will wrap your item beautifully and package in a branded gift box with a card and a message from you. Please select the Gift Wrapping option at checkout and enter your message in the specified field.




The garment that I like is sold out in my size, can I still order one?


Unfortunately the favourite items do tend to sell out very quickly, so it pays to get in quick. We do have limited stock but are occasionally able to order more. If we have sold out of your size, please email us at info@fashionartiste.com and we will do our best to order one in for you.



Can I buy a Gift Voucher on-line?


Unfortunately Gift Vouchers aren’t available on the Fashion Artiste on-line store at this stage.



How much will I have to pay for postage?


We charge a flat rate of $8.50 to anywhere in Australia, or $20.00 to anywhere internationally. So that means you can order as many garments as you like and still pay the same amount in postage! Your delivery fee will automatically be added onto your account at the checkout.



How long does it take for my order to arrive?


We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 days from time of ordering. All Australian orders are sent by Express Post, which is an overnight service to most places in Australia. Please allow an extra day if you live in a remote area. All International orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail and generally take between 3-10 working days, depending on the destination.



I’m ordering from overseas. How will my order be charged to my credit card?


All prices are in Australian Dollars, and will be charged to your credit card in Australian Dollars. Your bank will convert the charge to your currency for you. You can use our currency converter to estimate the cost of your order in your currency.



Will I be charged Duties and Taxes on my order?


All International orders are subject to local Duties and Taxes charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your local Customs Department if you are unsure of what charges may apply to you. Fashion Artiste is not responsible for any extra charges that may occur after your order has left Australia. Your parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the Taxes owing.
