All prices on the Fashion Artiste website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise specified or calculated on the Currency Converter. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Being dedicated fans of online shopping ourselves, Fashion Artiste understands that it’s not always easy to choose the right size or style when shopping online. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchases, providing that they meet the following criteria:

• All items must be returned in as new condition, with tags still attached. Fashion Artiste reserves the right to refuse a return if we suspect that it has been worn.
• All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. If you don't think that you can get the item back to us within that time, you must notify us of your intention to return by emailing us at orders@fashionartiste.com
• You are responsible for the cost of getting the return back to us, and if you are requesting an exchange, we will cover the cost to get it back to you again.
• If returning the goods from outside of Australia, please mark on the customs label ‘Return of Goods’
• Please include a copy of your original invoice and a detailed note of your request and your reason for return. We will process your exchange or refund within 2 days of receiving it and you will be notified when your replacement has left. Please provide relevant contact details in case we need to speak to you regarding your return.
  
• Fashion Artiste will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit on their return to us should you choose not to insure your return.

• A minimum of 20% of the total order is required as a deposit.
• The standard Layby term is 4 weeks unless otherwise arranged prior to ordering,
• Goods will only be shipped after the outstanding amount is paid in full.
• We reserve the right to return the goods to stock after the completion of the Layby date if it has not been paid in full or no contact has been made.
• Cancellation of a Layby at any stage will result in the forfeit of the 20% deposit amount.

DELIVERY

All orders received before 12 o'clock will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. You will receive an order confirmation email stating your approximate delivery time. All orders are packaged beautifully and thoroughly to ensure that your purchase is received safely and in the most exciting way possible! If you feel like an extra special gift for yourself, why not choose the Gift Wrapping option.

• Australia - All orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post with a flat rate delivery charge of $8.50 per order. Please ensure that you put down a delivery address where there will be someone to accept the parcel during the day. We recommend getting your parcel delivered to a work address or a friends address if you are not going to be home. A signature is not required for the Express Post service. Express Post is an overnight service to all major cities, but please allow an extra day for remote areas.

• New Zealand - All orders to New Zealand are sent by Australia Post Airmail and generally take 3-6 working days to arrive.  If you are not home when the parcel is delivered, your postie will leave you a card for pickup from your local Post Office. If your parcel has not arrived after the due date, please contact your local Post Office first, as they may be holding it for delivery.

• Rest of the World -  All international orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail and the delivery time will depend on your country. All international orders are subject to Duties and Tax charges upon arrival into the country, so please check with your local Customs Department before ordering so that you are aware of the possible charges.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS

Fashion Artiste accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Deposit and Cheque payments upon request. We reserve the right to refuse a payment or credit card if the payment method is considered fraudulent, and to take reasonable steps to ensure that your purchase is secure and safe.
