This new season Sylvester Stripey Dress is a gorgeous little long sleeve mini dress in a standout green, navy blue & red striped cotton fabric. It has a high round neck and the sleeves are very slightly bat-wing to give a looser fit around the top of the arms.
Small pin-tucks at the waistband on the front and back give it a flattering shape around the waist and hips.
